Return & Exchange Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
No Return, Refund, or Exchange is allowed on COD orders. - Online Payment Orders:
Exchange is available, but Refunds will not be processed. - Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchange is applicable only for size upgrades.
Exchange is not applicable for choosing a different product, design, or color.
Products must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. - Shipping Charges:
The customer must bear the two-way shipping charges for the exchange process. - Exchange Timeline:
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check, the exchange order will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Shipping Policy

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat charge of ₹70 will be applied.
- For Online Payments, shipping is free.

Parcel Condition: - Please do not accept the parcel if it arrives opened, broken, or damaged.
